It is our humble request to please go through the Terms & Conditions carefully to avoid conflicts in the future. To keep the faith of our clients, we maintain transparency and share all our terms and conditions in the points mentioned below.

These terms and conditions shall govern the use of the Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. website (https://www.ebslon.com/) and the purchase of any products or services from it. Kindly make sure that you read every term carefully and agree to the same before signing up. In case you have any queries related to our Services, Price or Terms & Conditions & Policies please contact us freely. Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the use of policies and terms anytime. We are serving different clients and we prioritize their security.

Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves all the rights to change the price, services and offered packages any time. The packages, prices and services mentioned on our website are subject to change without any prior information. It’s our sole decision to increase the price of our services at any time and for all the new deals, new prices will be applicable. Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has the right to change the price of its services anytime, and new prices will be effective for the new deals. However, the orders placed before the announcement of the new price will be treated as per the previous slot.

We will start the work only after receiving the payment in our account. It is your responsibility or liability to provide all the information to verify the same, and if you don’t do so, your work will be delayed.

• If due to any reason we do not hear from customer for more than 30 days (1 month) project will be put on HOLD.
• If due to any reason we do not hear from customer for more than 180 days (6 months), project will be treated as closed.

• To re-start work previously stopped because of late/non-payment, Rs 5000/- administrative fees apply.
• After 7 days of the due date, all technical support will be revoked. After 14 days, website and other services will be suspended. After 30 days of non-payment, website and data will be deleted from all systems.
• In case of credit card chargeback/reversal, all data (website, emails, details) will be immediately deleted.
• Clients must keep accurate address, contact and billing details updated with us. We attempt to contact before cancellation, but responsibility lies with the client.

We contact clients through details available with us. If you fail to receive our message or notice due to changed contact address (not updated with our records), we will not take responsibility. It’s the client’s duty to update information. We are not responsible for actions taken due to failure to receive or respond to notices sent by Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Zero tolerance towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM. Clients may not use our networks to manage UCE/Spam. Resellers must not host or consent to hosting UCE. Violations may result in immediate termination, investigation, administrative fees and possible legal notification.

• First violation: Rs 5000/- + termination of account.
• Second/repeat violation: Rs 7500/- + immediate termination.
• No mass mailing from our servers; no bulk emails via SMTP account. Use third party specialized services or your own dedicated server.

• Illegal activities: Broadcasting/storage/circulation of data in breach of laws/guidelines is prohibited. We may cooperate with legal authorities.
• Injury/peril: Use of services to threaten/promote physical injury, pornography distribution, or destructive activity is prohibited.
• IP infringement: No broadcasting/posting of material violating copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or privacy. No collection of third-party personal information without consent.

Contraventions of system/network security are forbidden and may lead to civil and criminal liability. Examples include:

• Introducing malicious programs (viruses/worms), flood pings, port scans.
• Security breaches (accessing unauthorized data/servers/accounts; network monitoring of unintended data).
• Using programs/scripts/commands to interrupt/disable terminals/accounts.
• Artificially maintaining connections; tampering with monitoring/log files, usage/bandwidth tracking.
• Any action that negatively affects operations or reflects poorly on the company.

Scripts must not consume excessive resources. If a script uses excessive RAM/CPU or a site uses ≥10% system resources, the account may be suspended pending a solution. External sites may not use scripts on our servers. Not allowed:

Interacting with hardware; influencing server config files. Resource-intensive scripts (e.g., Java/Perl chat rooms). Debarred scripts include (non-exhaustive): Ultimate BBS, Ikonboard, FormMail, CgiEmail, Eggdrops/IRC bots, IRCd, PsyBNC, security auditing tools/exploits/daemons, game/proxy servers, telnet servers, anonymizers, SOAP mailers, SPAM/bulk mailers, port-scanning/security auditing CGIs, pyramid/Ponzi scripts, shell/SSH/telnet scripts or alternatives, and any script processing a massive number of flat files.

Use of services is at your sole risk. Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for data/files on your account. You are responsible for transfers and maintaining backups. Weekly backups may be taken only for server restoration purposes.

We do not host mailing lists. Any such list found will be shut without prior notice. Pornography or sex-related marketing is strictly prohibited. Sites encouraging illicit activity or harming servers are prohibited.

We value our customers and provide support only through EMAIL.

Support covers control-panel basics (DNS, add/remove accounts, password changes). Limited assistance is available for third-party software; free add-on scripts or third-party bugs must be handled with the vendor. Website development, third-party installation/maintenance/compatibility, and routine admin tasks are out of scope—however, initial custom configurations (domains, software adjustments, email accounts) may be assisted. Contact us for SSL or other support needs.

Clients are solely responsible if they install third-party software in webspace. If hacking/unusual activity is traced due to insecure software, the website may be terminated without prior notice.

We are not responsible for damages to website data caused by server downtime or unavailability. We are not accountable for incidental/consequential damages including removal of any website from servers. Immediate termination is the maximum limitation in such scenarios.

Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for loss of data, crashes, system failures/downtime, or anticipated profits. Some services are resold and we may use tools/software/routing/programming not owned or written by us. If you fail to follow terms, your account may be deactivated/deleted without notice. We reserve the right to modify policies/guidelines/disclaimer at any time without prior notification.

Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has exclusive rights to protect all data/information/services/contents by copyright and IP laws. Duplication is subject to legal proceedings.

• Viewing/printing/distribution/downloading is only for non-commercial, personal, or informational use (commercial use requires prior written sanction).
• No deletion of proprietary/copyright notices.
• Rights can be withdrawn at any time without notice. These rights constitute a licence, not a transfer of title.
• Rights above do not apply to the design/layout of https://www.ebslon.com/, protected by trade dress and other laws.

Except as in a written agreement between you and Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd., all materials/services are provided without warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No warranty of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, accuracy, effectiveness, or reliability; no guarantee of immediate correction of errors. Implied warranties may be limited to 90 days where permitted. We do not guarantee contemporariness/relevancy; are not responsible for omissions or edits; technical errors/typos may occur; we are not liable for special/punitive/ indirect/consequential damages; we are not responsible for damage/data loss while downloading. External links are not under our control; we do not endorse them. Some programs/services may not be publicized in your country.

Logos, trademarks, and service marks on this website are solely owned by Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Any personal or commercial use requires written permission.

Information you provide is used in accordance with applicable laws and will not be shared with third parties without written consent (subject to internal divisions/ventures). Ebslon accepts payments via standard modes. We interact and proceed after client approval; therefore, there is no provision for partial or full refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed (processing is immediate). Preference changes are not reasons for refund/chargeback. Content is not shared via removable media. You are solely responsible for credentials (logins/content) provided. Payments must be made in favour of “Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd.” only—we are not liable for payments to unauthorized persons/entities.

Legal disputes/settlements related to Ebslon Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will be dealt with under the sole jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

This agreement and any dispute arising from use of https://www.ebslon.com/ are governed by the laws of India. Both parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
